Anyone with Aluminum mesh Plate? aluminum mesh plate removal?

I had a double craniotomy when I was 3 due to a severe head injury (TBI) open wound. An ALUMINUM MESH PLATE is on my right temportal lobe. I did not begin to have seizures until I was 15 . These were controlled by (Tegretol) for 15 years. (this was a nightmare, I was a zombie for most of the time). In 2010, the pharmacy switched suppliers without my knowledge and I began to have my first grand mals. After trying several different kinds of AEDs and considering brain surgery, I found the CADISTA brand lamotrigine, and it was like a miracle. The other day I had what the doctors are unable to diagnose, but it was like a panic attack combined with a seizure with an aura. They said that I am an anomaly. I feel kind of stupid, as today is the first time it dawned on me that there is a known neurotoxin in my brain!!!!!! I am having some anxiety over this and I am wondering if anyone can relate, has an aluminum plate in their head, or has considered or had it removed. I mean, I had all the metal from my mouth removed, for heavens sake! No doctor has ever brought up that the aluminum in my brain was an issue. They would just say we don't know, as my convulsions never showed as seizure activity on the EEG tests. Feeling scare, anxious, angry and looking for answers. Thank you.
