Epilepsy Foundation is partnering with SK Life Sciences, Inc. to offer financial assistance for travel expenses. Travel expenses must be related to medical care or treatment for epilepsy or seizures. Applicants may be eligible for up to $3,000.

Transportation can be a significant issue for people living with epilepsy. If you are restricted from driving, the ride-share program can help you get around town. The $500 Uber voucher can help you travel to follow-up appointments, treatment, and other essential needs.
The Ride-Share application is open May 15 to June 15.
